Christmas 25 and 26 December. During Christmas and Boxing Day on 25 and 26 December, no parcels will be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders are accepted on public holidays but will not be shipped until the next working day.
New Year's Eve December 31. On this day, orders are shipped until 4 pm. Order before 4 p.m. and your order will be shipped the same day and delivered on the next working day.
New Year's Day January 1st. No mail will be delivered on New Year's Day in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders will only be shipped the next working day.
