Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed on working days before 1 pm will be shipped the same day. Please note that we strive to deliver all orders in the specified timeframe. However certain factors as high demand and holidays might occasionally lead to delays.

In such cases, we will of course inform you as soon as possible! Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

All prices of the products on the web shop are exclusive of shipping costs.

We are not responsible for the delivery of orders with incorrect or incomplete address. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery confirmed by the carrier that was stolen or damaged after the fact of delivery.

Shipping costs & Delivery times

The shipping costs are visible during the checkout process. The amount of shipping costs is determined on the basis of the total weight of the package and the country of destination. The delivery times within Europe are on average 2 to 5 working days, depending on your chosen transport method. The current delivery time will be confirmed by means of an email or SMS that also refers to tracking information. Don't see your country in our ship to destinations?

We send orders with DHL courier worldwide. Some countries may not be present in our shipping destinations because of current legislative nicotine regulations. If the shipping information to your country is not listed on our website, we invite you to contact us at info@pouches.eu to get more info and a quote.

Pouches.eu is not liable for lost shipments or shipping delays, please contact the courier service if this occurs.

Discrete shipment policy

For all shipments outside European Union we provide the commercial invoice to the customs office of country of destination. Pouches.eu is not liable for any restricting measures taken by authorities of the country of destination.

Non-EU orders and customs clearance

We are not responsible for non-EU orders that are banned or delayed due to customs clearance. We recommend checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Please note that the return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In case of exchanging the product, the reshipping is covered by our side (after the returned products are received and inspected by the warehouse).

NOTIFICATION FROM THE GLS CARRIER:

We inform you that, due to works on the Mont Blanc tunnel, scheduled for the next two months, the transit time of shipments bound for the north of France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Holland, will be delayed compared to the standard times guaranteed by GLS. In addition, the winter season and the consequent possible adverse weather conditions could further affect transit times to the countries indicated above. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we assure you that we are taking the necessary countermeasures to ensure the continuity of the service.
