Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we strive to deliver all orders in the specified timeframe. However certain factors as high demand and holidays might occasionally lead to delays.
In such cases, we will of course inform you as soon as possible! Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
With Christmas and New Years Eve just around the corner, we have some important news regarding shipments:
- On December 24, 25 and 26 our logistics team is celebrating Christmas with their families. The processing and shipping of orders will be continued on December 27.
- On January 1 and January 2 we are closed. All orders will be fulfilled from January 3nd.
- On January 6 our logistic team has a public holiday. The processing and shipping of orders will be continued on January 7.
- On April 6 (Easter Monday holiday) - our warehouse is closed. The processing and shipping of orders will be continued on April 7.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for the delivery of orders with incorrect or incomplete address or if the delivery failed due to the impossibility of the carrier to get in touch with the customer/recipient.
- We cannot be held responsible for the delivery confirmed by the carrier that was stolen or damaged after the fact of delivery (including deliveries to Parcel shops).
Shipping costs & Delivery times
All prices of the products on the web shop are exclusive of shipping costs.
The shipping costs are visible during the checkout process. The amount of shipping costs is determined on the basis of the total weight of the package and the country of destination. The delivery times within Europe are on average 2 to 5 working days, depending on your chosen transport method. The current delivery time will be confirmed by means of an email or SMS that also refers to tracking information. Please note that the return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In case of exchanging the product, the reshipping is covered by our side (after the returned products are received and inspected by the warehouse).
Don't see your country in our ship to destinations?
We send orders with DHL courier worldwide. Some countries may not be present in our shipping destinations because of current legislative nicotine regulations. If the shipping information to your country is not listed on our website, we invite you to contact us at info@pouches.eu to get more info and a quote.
Pouches.eu is not liable for lost shipments or shipping delays, please contact the courier service if this occurs.
Discrete shipment policy
For all shipments outside European Union we provide the commercial invoice to the customs office of country of destination. Pouches.eu is not liable for any restricting measures taken by authorities of the country of destination.
Customs clearance
We are not responsible for orders that are banned/confiscated or delayed due to customs clearance. We recommend checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
