We advise you to first check the spam folder of your mailbox. Also check whether the purchase amount has been debited from your bank account. If this is the case, please contact our customer service.
We are very sorry if this happens. If the products in the package are undamaged, this can happen due to bad weather or negligent handling by the postal courier, for example, the products can still be used. Are the products damaged? Please contact our customer service directly. They will help you if goods are missing or unusable.
Returning your ordered products is possible with us within 14 days after receipt of your products. You can return the products via our return portal with your zip code and your order or tracking code. You can also find more information in our return policy.
Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you to ensure that your package is sent to the correct address.
Other
Nicotine pouches are legal in the Netherlands. The products we offer contain vegetable fibers and therefore no tobacco as in the original Swedish snus that is banned in the Netherlands.

Orders & Shipping
We ship to most European countries where our products are legally permitted. Product availability and shipping destinations may vary depending on local regulations. During checkout, you will only see shipping options available for your delivery address.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, shipping method and order value.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after your parcel has been collected by the courier. If there has been no update after several days, please contact our customer service.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will work directly with the courier to investigate the shipment.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy. Products must generally be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
Once your returned products have been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed using your original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund in accordance with our return policy.
