With Christmas and New Years Eve just around the corner, we have some important news regarding shipments:

On December 24, 25 and 26 our logistics team is celebrating Christmas with their families. The processing and shipping of orders will be continued on December 27.
On December 31 and January 1 we are closed. All orders will be fulfilled from January 2nd.
On May 1st and May 8 our facilities will be closed. The processing and shipping of orders will be continued on May 2 and on May 9.

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. With PostNL you often receive it the next day. With DPD this can take 2 working days.Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Yes, once we have packed the ordered items, you will receive an email or a link in your SMS with delivery information and a link to track your package via a track number.

The discount code can be entered during the checkout process.

We advise you to first check the spam folder of your mailbox. Also check whether the purchase amount has been debited from your bank account. If this is the case, please contact our customer service.

We are very sorry if this happens. If the products in the package are undamaged, this can happen due to bad weather or negligent handling by the postal courier, for example, the products can still be used. Are the products damaged? Please contact our customer service directly. They will help you if goods are missing or unusable.

Returning your ordered products is possible with us within 14 days after receipt of your products. You can return the products via our return portal with your zip code and your order or tracking code. You can also find more information in our return policy.

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you to ensure that your package is sent to the correct address.

Other

Nicotine pouches are legal in the Netherlands. The products we offer contain vegetable fibers and therefore no tobacco as in the original Swedish snus that is banned in the Netherlands.

We strongly advise against this. Nicotine can cause serious harm to yourself and your baby during pregnancy.
